back stair bouquet


 
Yes, I know my steps need to be painted.  My mother says it's "shabby chic."  (meaning, I won't get nagged about stair neglect like I'm nagged about the broken blinds in my dining room.)

    We could paint them when I get there (read, I could paint them when I get there because I actually really like to paint).

    Rustic is good. The flowers are lovely & the blue of the container sets of the red(ish) of the steps. Very charming.
