pw's apple dumplings
No original material tonight. Just a HUGE thank you to Kassidy who cooked her own "welcome home" dinner... I know, we (her friends) will be reminded of this night for a while, I'm sure.

I think the title was supposed to be, "Kassidy, the goddess, cooks up a culinary delight" or something along the lines of that.
By the way, those sandwiches I cooked were PW's favorite sandwich ever. I enjoyed them enough for a second go round, I think...
This recipe intrigue's me becuase of the Mountain Dew.
yeah, I think the mountain dew just serves to caramelize things a bit... it's really good - not at all soggy.
